Should I Do P90X?


A few years ago my fiancée and I were wanting to get in shape so we bought P90X, thinking this will be a cake walk.

It wasn’t.

We did P90x for a week and we were dying. It literally kicked our ass. So we quit the program. Yes, we are chubby, out of shape quitters. Now that I am now done having kids I’m thinking I should try to do it. I see tons of out of shape people on YouTube doing p90x and they lost all kinds of weight.

I am going to continue going to the gym to work on my strength training but I’m really self-conscious about doing cardio at the gym so I can use P90X at home.

I know I need to get my ass in gear and do something.

Has anyone done P90X and completed it? What were your results? Would you like to see a P90X daily blog category?

  1. Oh my goodness. I tried the like test DVD and couldn’t move for 3 days. I give you so much credit for doing a week!

  2. I’m start my 3rd month of P90X next Monday and I love it! I was already in decent shape but still have some baby weight hanging on and decided to go for it. I say definitely give it a shot – my arms and my butt look awesome!
