A great part of living in Indiana is the history. Our state happens to be the childhood home of our 16th president, Abraham Lincoln.
The Lincoln monument in Lincoln State is a must see. My daughters had a blast and enjoyed learning about their mom's favorite president.
Across the street from Nancy Hanks Lincoln State Park is The Lincoln Boyhood Park. It has a museum dedicated to the president.
We had a blast and can't wait to return next year and go to Holiday World. Holiday World is an amusement park/ water park in Indiana. Unfortunately our 4 year old was to short for the big rides this year.
